IBIZA EXPERIENCE®, refers to Travel Experience, a travel agency.
BUYER or YOU: indicates every person who books, orders and\or buys a service proposed by IBIZA EXPERIENCE®, such as : tourist holiday package(s), plane tickets, accommodation services, car rentals, or any other service that we offer.
PARTNER: refers to any service provider other than IBIZA EXPERIENCE® such as airline companies, tour operators, hotels, car rental companies and any other services providers offered on our website.
TOURIST, HOLIDAY PACKAGES : according to provisions of article L211-2 – modified by law (civil code) n°2009-888 of July 22nd, 2009 – art. 1, constitutes a tourist holiday package, the sale of combined services concerning the transport, the accommodation or any other tourist services lasting more than 24 hours or including an overnight stay for the payment (total price) for all the items mentioned above.
