Cala-Gracio is really the perfect beach for children, because of its deep cove there are no extreme waves or currents and the beach itself slopes gently into the sea. When sea and sand is not enough for the kids, there are some boat houses, rock areas to climb and of course, pine trees for exploring. Snorkeling is also available for the more adventurous types
A short walk around the coast from Cala-Gracio and you find Cala Gracioneta, a tiny beach with all the same characteristics as it’s bigger neighbor, but with an intimacy many only dream of. Cala Gracioneta is home to the El Chiringuito restaurant.
Facilities: There is a beach bar, that serves refreshments, drinks and snacks all day. There are a couple of restaurants nearby Cala-Gracio, including hotels in the area.
Directions: follow “Carretera de Cala-Gracio” 1.5 km and you will arrive to the beach situated in the north of San Antonio. There is no need to stress about bus or boat timetables since it is 2 km outside San Antonio which means you can walk this in 15 minutes. Otherwise, there is easy car and bus access.
