Mostly underground, the Ibiza clubs offer every night techno / minimal parties that last until dawn with after party for some. Among the major clubs of the island, Space and Amnesia will no doubt be your HQ with the famous parties Cocoon by Sven Väth, Music On by Marco Carola or Carl Cox at Space every Tuesday. Only Fridays at Space and Sundays at Amnesia differ on more accessible musical styles to the general public.
However, if you want to experience something different than the huge clubs to find an atmosphere even more underground, go to Sankeys located in Playa d’en Bossa or to DC-10 near the airport. Few shows and decoration, everything is focused on music with an electric atmosphere that only Ibiza has the secret.
However, if you are more EDM / commercial, fan of David Guetta and Fun Radio, you’ll find your pleasure in Ibiza with the famous club Ushuaia. Located around the pool of the hotel of the same name, each evening are playing the biggest DJs on Earth: Hardwell, Avicii, Axwell & Ingrosso and many more!
Open until midnight, you can then continue partying at Pacha that offers twice a week parties with the same musical style: Wednesdays (with Martin Solveig) and Thursdays (with David Guetta). The famous clubs Eden and Es Paradis located in San Antonio also offer many parties accessible to the general public including the famous Fiesta del Agua.
In between, you love electronic music but you are looking for something deeper than proposed at Ushuaia, but less underground than at Amnesia, we highly recommend you the Glitterbox party at Space. Every Friday, this house / disco party very accessible will blow your eyes and ears.
We can also mention the Pure Pacha party on Saturday in the club of the same name. Orchestrated by Bob Sinclar and with the theme of Paris, house music is queen with many guests of this music scene. By day, you should go to San Antonio’s famous pool parties at the Ocean Beach Club.
For some years now, Ibiza also hosts more R&B / Hip Hop parties. Between Bora Bora and Sankeys, two very underground clubs, you will find the Swag club, the only one on the island with urban style. Each night DJs, singers and performers will make you dance on the latest hits from Drake, Jay-Z or Chris Brown.
One of the biggest surprises of 2016 was the party I Am A Richbitch every Friday at Privilege. Basically planned in the smallest room of the club, the party was so successful that the main room was dedicated to it with many additional dates. Reggaeton has entered in Ibiza!
