The concept comes from a Dutch couple who love cinema and Ibiza. Not understanding that you could lock yourself in a dark room in the middle of summer to watch a movie, they decided to create Cinema Paradiso.
Originally, it was a private cinema reserved for friends and family. Drinks, snacks and comfortable seats backing up, they left no stone unturned so that everyone could enjoy a pleasant moment of conviviality. Without realizing it, they had just created the first outdoor cinema in Ibiza.
The enthusiasm was such that they decided to open the cinema to the public, so they now regularly settle in prestigious places like Dalt Vila or the Amante Beach Club. Locals and tourists flock to each edition.
Prices range from 15 to 20 € depending on the location, and just like at home, you will have a comfortable seat, refreshing drinks and various snacks.
As for films, there is something for everyone: comedy, action, romance, thriller,… All in the original version with English or Spanish subtitles.
In 2017, find Cinema Paradiso at the Santos Coast Suites, the Typic Hotel, the Surf Lounge, but also on the beaches of Cala Llonga, Talamanca and Figueretas.
